For the past two years, Rakhopu Foundation has been actively providing exceptional services during the Bhadarvi Poonam Fair in Ambaji. This fair sees numerous activities and services, but the foundation’s work stands out for its unique and compassionate efforts toward wildlife and reptile rescue.
During the fair, it is common for wildlife, including reptiles, to accidentally stray into campgrounds or walking paths, often causing fear among visitors. In collaboration with the Forest Department, the foundation steps in to provide swift and safe rescue services. The team rescues these animals, ensuring their well-being, and later releases them into their natural forest habitats.
Through this remarkable initiative, Rakhopu Foundation not only safeguards these creatures but also promotes awareness about coexistence with nature, making a significant impact on wildlife conservation.
